ASK A QUESTION

I bought the Filemate Middle School 2010 Pre Algebra Grades 7-8 and High School 2010 Algebra 1 Grades 8-10. Neither of them will save scores. In fact once out of the program, it won't even save the child's name. I am running XP and it is suppose to be compatable. Is there something I should be doing to save the data? I have tried many times and have been unable to save any data. Please help, thank you.
